Welcome!
SoftExpert Customer is a customer data management system that provides tools to assist in matters involving compliance with quality standards, such as ISO 9001. This component enables the association of fundamental documents, such as contracts and attachments, ensuring the organization and compliance of records.
In addition to managing the data of customers, it shows their presence throughout the system by means of lists referring to their association with other SoftExpert Suite components.
It also allows for sending polls and regular evaluations to a certain group of customers through SoftExpert Survey. With the results, the customer base can be classified, which makes it possible to track their progress over time.

In the articles of this flow, the creation and configuration of customers meet the needs of a sales department, which must have a complete record of new customers in order to regularly send them satisfaction surveys.
In the articles of this second flow, the created customer will be evaluated by the defined default contact. Customer evaluations allow for measuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement, and tracking service quality progress.
